Shipping
Your order will be processed in 1- 4 business days. Shipping is free for all orders over $250 AUD within Australia and $30 for all international orders.
We use DHL or AUS POST signature on delivery for all orders. Marimaría Vintage bears no responsibility for parcels after they have been shipped, but we are happy to help out if you have any questions about your parcel or if you wish to add insurance, just send us an email.
International Orders
You are responsible for all duties and taxes on your order. If you have any concerns regarding this please reach out to us prior to placing your order as we know some countries may have higher import tax than others.
Returns
All sales are final. We are not able to offer returns due to the possibility of items being replaced or duplicated. Carefully review the product descriptions, features, and specifications before placing an order to ensure that the item meets your requirements and expectations. If you have any questions or doubts about a product, please don't hesitate to contact us.
In the event that the item description is not accurate and if it doesn't correspond to the photos and description, we will allow returns. However, please note that minor signs of wear, which are typical for vintage items, will not be considered as a valid reason for returns.
To request a return, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product for approval. Domestic returns should be received within 7 days of receiving approval, while international returns should be received within 21 days. The item should be unused and not worn by the customer. If the returned item fails to meet our return policies, we may decline it and return it to you at your expense.
